Still dark. Wet snow on the ground. I could see my breath when I took Boh out moments after snapping this picture through the window.
It’s a good thing I picked this up yesterday afternoon and knit another inch of the body — I’m going to need it!

Your cardi is looking wonderful! You’ll definitely be needing it to keep warm.
Ohhh, ick. It is definitely fall here but I will be amazed if I see know this year! I don’t miss snow at all!!
Your sweater continues to look great!
your sweater is amazing. it’s super cold up here and we’ve gotten a little behind in caring for water lines and the like…. yuck. someone dropped off two amazingly beautiful old norwegian handknit sweaters last night and one of them is currently keeping me so warm — but i want your cardigan! it’s amazing! hats on the needles for a while… but i’ll be asking you about a good starter sweater pattern sometime soon, i think. you should see the handspun i traded squash for at market! it’s a lovely glowing mermaid green, and it’s going to be a good seaman’s cap sometime real soon.
xoxo
Yes, you will. I love how the colors are coming together … you’ll be your own personal rhapsody in handspun with cardigan, hats, and mitts galore! Which is awesome.
I have a feeling it’s going to be a cold winter again… bring on the sweaters!
P.S. My parents had 3 inches of snow last Monday.
It looks fantastic. The yoke came out so great. I do predict it’s gonna be a really cold winter. Perfect for knitters.
We got a dusting here too! Love the yoke of your sweater! Is it handspun?
Oooh, what a cool and almost eerie photo. I’m jealous of your snow….strangely, it is hot (~75) and muggy here. Want to wear fall sweaters NOW!
Your sweater, btw, is just lovely. I can’t wait to see it all finished and modeled!
That is one creepy photo! I can commiserate on the snow, though ours is gone temporarily. At least we get to wear sweaters. Yours is looking beautiful!
